Description: The Shaman, while they have the ability to change shape completely, also have the ability to only take on certain parts of animals.
When this spell is activated, the shaman takes a moment to compose themself, and afterwards appears to have more muscle, stand a few inches taller, and have a slight bit more hair on their arms. It is clear that something has changed, but it is a subtle change. 

Result: You gain +10 strength
