| Name: Out Burst Type of Rune: Head Type of Casting: Collective Appearance:  Effect: Upon use, an unseen blast strikes the target, coming from the head of the user (which is the area that the rune is). This unseen blast seems to make a ripple through the air, much like the disruption spells. This blast travels at 200 ft/s, with a maximum range of 100 ft. It does not slow down, but simply vanishes after reaching maximum range. Upon hitting the target, this blast deals 100 damage. However, this rune is a collective one, and gains strength from being such. For every person casting this rune at the same time, the rune will deal 100 more damage upon impact. This applies to every instance cast within the collective range. This means if 3 people are to use the rune, each one of their blasts will deal 300 damage, totaling for 900 if aimed at the same target. Note: To gain the collective bonus of this spell, all the casters must be standing within 50 feet of each other, and cast it simultaneously.
